Hilo, HI- The Vulcans got on the scoreboard early, scoring in the 10th minute and 24th minutes against the Silverswords en route to a 5-0 victory on the Big Island.
Adele Letro scored two goals and added one assist for UH-Hilo. Alyssa Salvador added two goals for the Vulcans.
The Swords were led by standout freshman Jamie Lindstrom with 3 shots on the afternoon.
Marissa Minor made 10 saves in goal for CUH.
With the loss, the Lady Swords fall to 1-7. UH-Hilo moves to 6-3 overall. Chaminade is back in action against UH-Hilo on October 9th. Game time is set for 3:30 PM HT in Hilo.
