WSOC: Azusa Pacific Blanks Swords

Ishii set a season-high with 12 saves against the Cougars.
Box Score AZUSA, Calif. – The Chaminade women's soccer team jaunt through Southern California continued Saturday evening, ending with a 5-0 loss to Azusa Pacific.
 
The Silverswords fell to 0-8 overall and 0-4 in the Pacific West Conference. The Cougars remained unbeaten in conference play at 5-0-1, 7-1-1 overall.
 
Swords' goalkeeper Lauren Ishii, among the PacWest leaders in total saves, set a season-high with12 against APU, raising her season total to 56. CUH attempted nine shots, five of them on-goal, as Twyla Hamasaki accounted for three of the Swords' shots on-goal.
 
Chaminade will conclude their road trip Tuesday at California Baptist.
