HONOLULU – The Chaminade University men's soccer team fell to Notre Dame de Namur 3-0 in a Pacific West Conference game Saturday at Saint Louis Field.
All three goals by the Argonauts were scored in the second half, two of them from Jack Ewert, who scored the first goal coming less than two minutes into the second half. Ewert tacked on his second on a penalty kick.
The Silverswords fell to 0-6 overall and 0-3 in the Pacific West Conference while NDNU improved to 3-5 and 2-2.
Nicolas Ferro took two shots for Chaminade, both coming on goal.

Lukas Pousset also attempted two shots for the 'Swords.
Rene Mejia got the start in front of the net for the home team, making seven saves. The Argos' Alex Clewis got the win.
The game ended the 'Swords' season-opening seven-game home stand. The team embarks on the road for the first time this season when they open their Southern California road trip Wednesday at Azusa Pacific.
