HONOLULU – Saturday's match between Chaminade University and BYU-Hawai'i was the final meeting in the 11-year history of the rivalry between the two O'ahu schools.
The Seasiders came out on top when the dust cleared, 1-0, on Sydney Eddy's goal in the 13
th minute. BYUH (3-4-1, 2-2 PacWest) will end its intercollegiate athletics program after this season.
The Silverswords shot attempts came via
Chelsie Delameter, who had a shot on goal, while
Caitlin Tatemichi attempted two more and
Lauren Uehara taking one.
Chaminade (1-6, 1-3 PacWest) will be on the Big Island on Thursday to face Hawai'i Hilo.
