BELMONT, Calif. – The Chaminade University women's volleyball team dropped a 29-27, 28-26, 25-23 decision to Notre Dame de Namur Saturday at Walter Gleason Gym.
Kim Spring led the Silverswords (15-12 overall, 9-9 Pacific West Conference) with 12 kills while
Cassie Rushlow had 10 kills along with six blocks.
Emma Tecklenburg added nine kills and a team-best 17 digs while
Daisia LaBrie had eight with five blocks. With
Natashya Enos out due to an illness,
Skyler Curry got the starting nod and dished out 24 assists with three service aces while
Kasse-Ann Kiriu-Dela Cruz contributed with 18.
Spring and
Waihilo Chartrand each had 13 digs.
Bianca Alvarez had a match-high 21 kills and 19 digs for the Argonauts (9-17, 7-11 PacWest).
The Silverswords conclude their road trip Monday at Academy of Art.
