2023 (Sophomore):  Helped the Falcons finish third in the California Community College Athletic Association (3C2A) state championships … garnered 3C2A All-Tournament Team honors as an infielder … named to the President’s List with a 4.0 GPA … member of the 3C2A All-State Academic Team … played 44 games, hit .322 with 47 hits, 23 runs, 27 RBI and 10 extra-base hits including seven doubles and a home run … drove in a season-high four runs at Los Angeles Harbor (March 28) … had three RBI and a homer vs. LA Mission (May 6).
2022 (Freshman):  Named to the 3C2A All-State Academic Team … played 44 games, hit .287 with six doubles, a homer and 18 RBI … reached base in 36 games … walked 22 times … helped turn eight double-plays … opened the season with hits in 10 of the team’s first 11 games including four multi-hit games and three doubles … had a six-game RBI streak from Feb. 5-15.
 
Prep:  A 2020 graduate of California High School in San Ramon, California … four-year letter winner … during her COVID-shortened senior year, hit .444 (4-for-9) in nine games with nine RBI … helped the Grizzlies reach the semifinals of the CIF Playoffs during junior season.
 
Personal:  Parents are Peter and Monica … siblings are Peter, Jr., Desiray Diaz-Benito, Jonathan and Steven … majoring in Sports and Event Management … would like to go into coaching and eventually become a head coach and athletic director … enjoys being with friends and taking her golden retriever to the beach.
