Ambree Ako is in her fouth year as an assistant coach for the Chaminade University women's soccer team.

The Aiea High School product enjoyed a stellar career at the University of Hawai`i-Manoa, ranking third all-time in career goals (30), points (81) and game-winning goals (7).  She is second in assists (21) and is the Rainbow Wahine's career leader in game-winning assists with eight.

Ako was named the Western Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2007 with 12 goals and eight assists for a team-best 32 points.  She led the WAC in points (20), assists (6) and was the co-leader in goals (7) in conference matches.
