Biography

Career:  Fifth in career total blocks with 221 and is among the career hitting percentage leaders at .344.

2016 (Sophomore):  Named to the All-Pacific West Conference Second Team after finishing second in the conference in hitting percentage (.335) and fifth in blocks per set (1.07) ... played all 110 sets, starting all 29 matches ... tied for 54th nationally in hitting percentage while blocking average was tied for 46th ... set school single-season total blocks record with 118 (107 assisted, 11 solo) ... second on team in kills with 305, averaging 2.77 per set ... had 28 digs ... had 13 double-digit kill matches with career-high 19 vs. San Francisco State (Sept. 9) ... had 14 matches of four total blocks or more and had at least one block in every match ... earned PacWest Defender of the Week honors on Sept. 5 ... tied career-high of eight total blocks at Azusa Pacific (Sept. 28) ... had seven block assists three times (Alaska, Sept. 3; California Baptist, Oct. 28; and at BYU-Hawai'i, Nov. 4) ... had a pair of block solo matches (at APU on Sept. 28 and Academy of Art on Oct. 7) ... had 12 matches of hitting .400 or better with a season-high .667 (8-0-12) in sweep of Holy Names (Oct. 31).

2015 (Freshman):  Named Pacific West Conference Freshman of the Year and PacWest Honorable Mention after leading conference in hitting percentage at .359 and ranking fourth in blocks at 0.97 ... also named to the Academic All-PacWest honor roll and was the team's Most Inspirational Player ... hitting percentage was tied for 20th nationally and block average was tied for 97th in the nation ... set then-single-season school record with 103 total blocks ... led team with 91 block assists and tied for lead with 12 block solos ... finished third on team in kills (202) and kills per set (1.91) ... had 17 digs ... had season-high 13 kills twice ... season-best .643 percentage (10-1-14) at Notre Dame de Namur (Nov. 3) ... had season-best eight total kills twice ... had season-highs of eight block assists (vs. Notre Dame de Namur, Nov. 3) and three block solo (Oct. 23 vs. Azusa Pacific) ... had 12 matches of hitting .400 or better, including five matches of .500-plus and three of over .600 ... had at least one block in every match played ... third in points with 259.5.

High School:  A 2015 graduate of Norco High School in Riverside, Calif., graduating with honors ... a four-year starter, earned all-league honors all four years including three times on the first team beginning her sophomore year ... named team's Most Valuable Player, Offensive Player of the Year, Most Inspirational and earned the Captain's Award as a senior ... attended La Sierra High School and was first team Division 3A, first team all-CIF and Offensive Player of the Year both sophomore and junior seasons ... named as league and school MVP as a junior and team MVP in senior season ... won the Captain's Award and Most Inspirational Player her senior season ... earned second team all-league honors as a freshman ... helped guide Maveriks club 16-1s team to a gold medal in the Junior Nationals and the Maverick 18-1s to a silver at the Junior Nationals and making the all-tournament team.

Personal:  Mother is Tommie ... has an older sister, Kali, who was a teammate at Chaminade in 2015; a younger brother, Cordell; a younger sister, Maliyah ... is undecided on a major ... played soccer, softball and basketball as a child.
