2014 (Junior):  Academic All-Pacific West Conference honoree ... named the team's Scholar-Athlete ... played all 30 matches, starting 29 ... ranked eighth in the PacWest in assists per set at 7.32 with 827 sets ... tied for third on the team with 19 service aces ... finished second in total digs (233) and third in digs per set (2.06) ... also had 44 kills and 18 total blocks ... career-high 43 assists against Montana State-Billings (Sept. 11) ... had a career-high 23 digs in win over Western Oregon (Sept. 11) ... set career-best with eight kills with an .800 hitting percentage against California Baptist (Oct. 18) ... had 15 matches of 30 assists or more, including three matches of 40-plus ... recorded seven double-doubles.

2013 (Sophomore):  Named to the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team ... played in 25 matches, making 7 starts ... was second on the team in assists with 341, averaging 4.11 per set ... finished fourth in digs with 142 (1.71 dps) ... had 10 service aces ... put down 10 kills ... tallied a season-high 26 assists in a loss to Chico State in the Honolulu Invitational (Sept. 6) ... had 3 aces in a win over Academy of Art (Oct. 24) ... had 5 matches of 20 assists or more ... named the team's Scholar-Athlete.

2012 (Freshman):  Saw action in 23 matches for the Swords. Finished second on the team in sets with 335 (4.59 per set) and sixth in digs (112, 1.53) and service aces with eight. Had a team season-high 42 assists in a four-set win over Alaska on Sept. 6. Named to the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team.

Previous Experience:  Competed in the sport of volleyball since the age of six, Valentina has been part of the Junior Swiss National Team from 2006-2010. Last season, Valentina played for Val de Travers, a team in the Second Swiss National Division where they placed second.

Personal: The daughter of Vittorio and Monica Bevilacqua, Valentina was born in Vevey, Switzerland. Valentina is Majoring in International Trade at Chaminade.
