Lachelle Tuifao hit .444 (4-for-9) to help the softball team split their April 22 doubleheader at Hawai‘i Hilo. The sophomore designated player was 2-for-4 with a double and drove in a pair of runs in their 8-3 opening win. She followed it up with a 2-for-5, two runs and an RBI performance in the nightcap, helping the Silverswords stay in contention for a PacWest Tournament berth.
