Joseph Perez tossed a career-high 4 2/3 innings of relief to help the baseball team down Hawai‘i Pacific University, 6-5, in Thursday’s resumption of Sunday’s suspended game. The Silverswords' closer kept the potent Sharks lineup off the scoreboard and allowed just two hits against one of Division II’s top hitting teams.
