Honolulu, HI- The rain didn't stop the Sea Warriors today as Chaminade fell to the HPU 6-1 today at St. Louis Field.
Chaminade fell behind early with an HPU score by Mark Rogers in the 22nd minute. Goals by Chance Bukoski and Cory Harding made it 3-0 Hawaii Pacific going into the break.
The Swords got on the board with Chad Thompson taking a pass from Tim Stipo in the 65th minute for CUH's lone goal.
The Sea Warriors added three goals in the second half for a 6-1 victory.
Kris Lounsbury made 5 saves in goal for CUH. The Sea Warriors out-shot Chaminade 20-8.
With the loss, the Swords fall to 1-15-1. HPU moves to 7-3-1 overall. Chaminade is back in action against Dixie State on November 1st. Game time is set for 3:00 PM HT at St. Louis Field.
