Honolulu, HI-A physical game went Dixie State's way as the club from St. George, Utah left St. Louis Field this afternoon with a 1-0 conference victory.
The Swords played tough all afternoon, allowing only 12 shots on the match.
The lone goal was scored in the 41st minute by Kevin Young. Blake Nielsen added the assist.
Matt Muntz made 5 saves in goal for CUH. Dixie State out-shot Chaminade 12-5.
Ben Brooksby made two saves for Dixie State.
With the loss, the Swords fall to 1-16-1. Dixie moves to 5-8-1 overall. Chaminade is back in action against Grand Canyon on November 3rd. Game time is set for 1:00 PM HT at St. Louis Field.
