CUH MSOC: Swords Downed by BYU-Hawaii 3-1 on Senior Day

Box Score <strong>HONOLULU, HI</strong>- Chaminade lost a home match this afternoon against the Seasiders of BYU-Hawaii 3-1 in PacWest Conference action.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> The &lsquo;Siders got on the board early, getting a goal in the 6^th minute from Jacob Sorenson to lead 1-0.&nbsp; CUH freshman goalkeeper Tom Higgins (Wakefield, RI/ South Kingstown) helped the Swords stay close in the half with two key saves. The Seasiders won the first half shot total, 10-4.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> BYU-Hawaii added a goal early in the second half as Bent Jenson scored in the 50^th minute of action to put the Seasiders up 2-0.&nbsp; The &lsquo;Siders added a goal in the 65^th minute from Devin King.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Junior midfielder Samuel Galloway (Akron, OH/Copley) got CUH on the board in the 84^th minute to cut the lead to 3-1. Galloway finishes the season with eight goals.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Galloway led CUH with three shots. BYU-Hawaii won the shot total 19-12.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> With the loss, Chaminade ends the season at (2-11-3, 2-9-3 PWC). BYU-Hawaii improves to (5-8-3, 4-8-2 PWC).&nbsp; The match concluded the season for Chaminade.<br />
