HONOLULU – In accordance with Pacific West Conference COVID-19 health and safety protocols, both New Year's Day games between the Chaminade University men's and women's basketball teams against Hawai'i Hilo this Saturday at McCabe Gymnasium have been postponed.
A makeup date for both games will be determined at a later time.
UH Hilo's games against Hawai'i Pacific scheduled for Thursday were also postponed.
The Silverswords will now play their first game of the 2022 calendar year on Tuesday, Jan. 4 against Holy Names at McCabe Gym. Tipoff for the women will be at 5:30 p.m. while the men's contest gets underway at around 7:30 p.m.
