IRVINE, Calif. – Chaminade University men's golfers
Ethan Alexander (New Rochelle, N.Y./Fordham Prep) and
Zachary DuBourdieu (Carlsbad, Calif./Sage Creek) were named Wednesday to the All-Pacific West Conference Third Team as voted by the conference coaches.
Alexander finished the year as the Silverswords' second-lowest scorer (four or more tournaments played) with a 78.95 per round average during the season. His best success of the season came at the PacWest Championships where he was in contention for the individual title for the first 44 holes of the 54-hole tournament.
DuBourdieu was the 'Swords' low scorer of the season with a 78.32 per round average. The freshman completed his first PacWest Championship tied for 22nd with a 238. In two 36-hole tournaments (HPU Shark Shootout, Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout), DuBourdieu shot below 150.
