Softball Splits with Hilo

Honolulu, HI - The Chaminade University women's softball team handed UH-Hilo their first loss of the season when they split a pair of games with the Vulcans on Friday afternoon. The Swords won the first game 5-1 but lost the rematch 8-2. CU is currently 1-5 on the season, 1-1 in PacWest play and UH-Hilo is 3-1, 1-1.

Chaminade got 3 RBI's from Natalie Alcala who currently leads the team with a .417 batting average and .562 on base average. Kehaulani Yamaguchi leads CU in hits and runs scored with 8 & 5 respectively while Carolyn Fisher has batted in 4 RBI's on the season.
