SAN FRANCISCO, CA- Chaminade fell to the Urban Knights this afternoon at Boxer Stadium by a score of 3-0 in Pac West Conference action.
The Swords fell behind early as Patrick Heinemann got Academy of Art on the board in the 3
rd minute and gave AAU a 1-0 lead.
Chaminade looked to force the equalizer, forcing saves from the Academy of Art goalie, Ian Sutherland in the 22
nd, 24
th and 29
th minutes. The Urban Knights added another first half goal in the 35
th minute to go into halftime with a 2-0 lead.
AAU added another goal at the start of the second half (48
th minute) to preserve the 3-0 victory for the Urban Knights.
Uriel Soto (Dallas, TX/Duncanville) led Chaminade with three shots, two on goal. The Swords were outshot 20-9 on the match

Jose Miguel Pena (Santiago, Chile/St. George's) had 3 saves for the match.
With the loss, Chaminade moves to 0-9-1, 0-5 and Academy of Art moves to 2-6, 1-3. The Swords are back in action at home on October 8
th. Match time is set for 3:30 PM HT vs. BYU-Hawaii.
