CUH got up to the plate 24 times and was able to produce 5 hits, they scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 1st inning, however, NDNU bounced back and found a way to garnish its second win of the evening. Scoring 4 runs in the top of the third inning and adding 3 more along the way.
Senior Captain, Meliisa Harris, left fielder, Chasity Senas and second basemen, Alyssa Dumlao each knocked in an RBI. The Lady Swords battled until the end, however, the inability to get into a groove pitching proved to be the difference the outcome of the second game.
