Waipahu, HI – The Lady Swords took on the Red Storm of Dixie State College and fell in both games, they lost 20 to 5 and 12 to 3 in the second game.

Chaminade was out hit 22 to 5 hits, despite solid effort throughout, the Lady Swords did not have an answer for the Red Storm, who are currently ranked 7th in the West Region. Chaminade did well, all things considered, however, an 11 run 7th inning proved to the icing on the cake.
Game # 2 – The Lady Swords fell behind early and never recovered, Dixie State posted 3 runs in the 1st inning to the Lady Swords 1 and also posted 6 runs in the 5th inning to seal the victory.

CUH got up to the plate just 19 times and was able to produce just 4 hits, despite falling in both games the Lady Swords now will return the attention to the defending National Champions of Division 2. They take on the Sea Warriors on Friday. They play a double header which starts at 12PM at Palolo Rec Field.
With the sweep today, Chaminade falls to 14-32 overall, while the Red Storm of Dixie State improve their record to 29- 10 on the year.
