WAIPAHU, HI- Chaminade Men's Soccer battled an HPU squad picked to finish near the top of the conference and fell to the Sea Warriors by a score of 4-0 in the Swords opening match of the Hawaii Challenge Cup at the Waipio Soccer Complex.
Former Silversword, Keenan Ho, now competing for HPU, tallied the game-winner early on, scoring in the 15th minute for HPU.

After HPU took a 2-0 lead in the 61
st minute of the second half, it appeared that CUH freshman
Uriel Soto (Dallas, TX/Duncanville) would cut the lead in half as his shot missed just wide in the 71st minute of action.
HPU added two goals in the final ten minutes to turn a 2-0 match into a 4-0 final.
Freshman goalkeeper,
Jose Miguel Pena (Santiago, Chile/St. George's) made some timely stops in goal, with a total of 6 saves for the evening.
