SPOKANE, Wash. – Chaminade men's cross country runners
Jorge Cisneros and
Emmanuel Jimenez concluded their 2013 seasons by competing in the NCAA West Regional at the Plantes Ferry Sports Complex on Saturday.
Racing against some of the elite runners in the West Region in mid-40 degree weather, Cisneros, a two-time all-Pacific West Conference selection, finished the 10,000-meter race in a time of 34:52.3, coming in at 109
th overall. His pace time was 5:37.
Meanwhile, Jimenez ended his career by completing the course in 36:49.8 at No. 126 at a pace of 5:56.
Chico State's Issac Chavez was the overall men's winner in a time of 30:55.8.
Both Cisneros and Jimenez raced as individuals in the West Regionals.
