Alexia Byrnes (Chicago/Youngstown State/Saint Francis HS) has been named the Hawai'i Pacific Health Female Silversword Athlete of the Week for games played between Sept. 6 and 12.

The senior setter totaled 133 assists, 36 digs, seven blocks and four service aces to help the Silverswords win all four of their Hawai'i Challenge matches this past weekend. Byrnes earned all-tournament setter honors and helped the 'Swords reach their first national ranking in 16 years.
