Caili Cain (Makakilo, O'ahu, Hawai'i/Kamehameha-Kapalama) is the Pacific West Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week for matches between Sept. 20 and 26.
The freshman came off the bench and recorded her first career goal which was also the game-winner in the Silverswords' 1-0 non-conference win over Hawai'i Pacific on Saturday.
Cain's blast off a free kick from about 25 yards out helped to even the 'Swords' record to 2-2 as they enter conference action on Monday, Oct. 4 against Azusa Pacific at Saint Louis Field. Fans are still not permitted to attend until government restrictions on sport events are eased.
