Relph, Storms Earn HPH Silversword Athlete Honors

Chaminade University women's basketball player Paige Relph (Las Vegas/Waianae, Hawai'i, HS) and men's basketball player Sawyer Storms (Idaho Falls, Idaho/College of Southern Idaho/Idaho Falls HS) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Silversword Female and Male Athletes of the Week for contests between Jan. 17 and 23.
 
Relph set or tied three career highs against Academy of Art with 11 points, seven rebounds and three blocked shots. The sophomore forward ranks among the Pacific West Conference leaders in blocks and has helped the Silverswords become one of the top shot-blocking teams in the conference.
 
Storms totaled 17 points, 11 rebounds, three assists and five steals for the 'Swords during the week. The sophomore's highlight of the season thus far came on Jan. 20 when he buried the game-winning 3-pointer at Point Loma.
