Peter Jan Ramos (Waipahu, O'ahu, Hawai'i/Waipahu) and women's soccer's
Haley Mo'okini (San Gabriel, Calif./Gabrielino) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Silversword Male and Female Athletes of the Week for competition between Oct. 16 and 22.
Ramos ended his career with a finishing time of 30 minutes, 19.7 seconds at the Pacific West Conference Championships in Fresno, California.
Mo'okini accounted for both scores in the women's soccer team's big 2-1 win over Point Loma on Oct. 16, which helped them solidify their spot as a PacWest contender. She scored the game's first goal then had what proved to be the game-winning assist. The sophomore leads the team with five goals this season.
