Ky Stopp (Long Beach, Calif./Woodrow Wilson) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Silversword Female and Male Athletes of the Week for competition from Oct. 23 to 29.
Corti led the Silverswords in kills and had double-doubles in both the team's road matches during the week, powering down a career-high 24 kills at Concordia University Irvine on Oct. 26, then 15 on Oct. 28 at Point Loma. She also contributed with 29 total digs.
Stopp averaged 74.0 strokes per round during the team's two tournaments on the Big Island. In the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate, the freshman did not have a bogey in the first 30 holes and finished the event at even-par 144, tying him for 20th overall in a very strong field.
