Braden Olsen (West Linn, Ore./Gannon University/West Linn HS) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Silversword Female and Male Athletes of the Week for competition between Feb. 6 and 12.
Buttery set season highs with eight points and 15 rebounds against Holy Names on Feb. 12 and had three points and three boards against Hawai'i Pacific University on Feb. 8. In the three days between basketball games, the freshman competed on the women's tennis team each day. On Feb. 11 against Stanislaus State, Buttery took three games in No. 5 singles.
Olsen totaled 38 points, 12 rebounds, 12 assists and three steals during the week. The graduate transfer went for 26 points against HPU, hitting a career-high six 3-pointers, while dishing out eight assists.
