Chaminade University outfielder/catcher Kailah Gates-Coyaso (Waianae, O'ahu, Hawai'i/Waianae) and men's golfer Schuyler Peterson (Huntington Beach, Calif./Mater Dei) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Female and Male Silversword Athletes of the Week for competition between April 3 and 9.

Gates-Coyaso had a gold glove effort in Saturday's softball doubleheader at Hawai'i Pacific University. She had two outfield assists and made numerous diving grabs and running catches that prevented extra base hits. She also had a base hit and scored a run against the Sharks.

Peterson carded a 54-hole total of 248 in the men's golf team's final regular season tournament at the RGJA Palm Valley Classic in Goodyear, Arizona, last week. The senior posted the Silverswords' second-lowest score during the event.
