Tehani Smith (Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawai'i/Castle) are the first Hawai'i Pacific Health Silversword Male and Female Athletes of the Week for competition between Aug. 28 and Sept. 3.
Caba, a sophomore midfielder, scored the Silverswords' lone goal in their season opener against then-No. 6 Northwest Nazarene. He took a team-high three shots, two being on target.
Smith helped the Silverswords forge a 0-0 draw to Northwest Nazarene in their season opener. An All-Pacific West Conference defender last season, the fifth-year senior helped the team's defense hold the Nighthawks to just four shots on the day.
