Chance Wilson (Princeville, Kaua'i, Hawai'i/Enlightium Academy) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Female and Male Silversword Athletes of the Week for competition between March 2-8.
Ama had a solid effort at last weekend's Heineken Queens Cup at Waikiki Beach, as the Silverswords' top tandem in two matches and the No. 2 team three times against high caliber Division I teams. With playing partner
Kanoelehua Misipeka, the duo had their best match last Friday, taking their San Jose State opponents to three sets.
Wilson completed the RCA Electric Spring Invitational in Morgan Hill, California, with a 7-over-par, finishing in a tie for fourth overall, just six shots off the lead. His effort helped the Silverswords to a fifth-place finish in their first spring championship tournament of the season.
