Volleyball Announces 2024 Signing Class

HONOLULU – Chaminade University women's volleyball head coach Kahala Kabalis Hoke on Tuesday announced the members of the 2024 recruiting class.

 Letizia Cammillucci recruit

Letizia Cammillucci is a graduate transfer from Division I San Jose State University. The outsider hitter from Padova, Italy, averaged 1.76 kills and 1.72 digs per set during her four-year career with the Spartans. During the 2023 season, Cammillucci set career highs in kills (236) and digs (191) along with 31 service aces.
 


Anna Stucchi recruit

Anna Stucchi is a transfer from Division I Santa Clara University, where she played her first three seasons. The 5-11 middle blocker played all 28 matches in 2023, establishing career highs in kills (164) and total blocks (85). She also had 37 aces for the Broncos.
 


Malena Mihalik recruit



Malena Mihalik is a freshman from Santa Fe, Argentina. The outside hitter enrolled at Chaminade this past spring and was a member of the beach volleyball team.
 



Sina Bauer recruit

Sina Bauer is a libero and defensive specialist Maximilian-von-Montgelas Gymnasium Vilsbiburg school in Litzendorf, Germany. The incoming freshman is a three-time Bavarian champion with Rote Raben Vilsbiburg and two top-five German finishes. Bauer is a former Golden MVP and two-time Silver MVP in the 2nd Division.
 

Erica Roberts recruit
Erica Roberts is an outside hitter from Mililani High School in Mililani, Hawai'i. A two-time Honolulu Star-Advertiser Fab-15 All-State selection, Roberts earned All-O'ahu Interscholastic Association First Team honors in 2023 and was on the OIA honorable mention squad during her junior season. Roberts was also named to the ScoringLive All-Hawai'i Third Team in 2023.
 


The Silverswords return 13 letterwinners from last year's record 30-win squad including All-Pacific West Conference setter Leilani Ama and middle blocker Lizanyela Lopez. The 'Swords have made three consecutive NCAA West Regional appearances.
