Haley Mo'okini (San Gabriel, Calif./Gabrielino) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Male and Female Silversword Athletes of the Week for competition between Sept. 29 and Oct. 5.
Yap-Texeira led the Silverswords with two shots attempted in Saturday's match against Hawai'i Pacific University last Saturday. The sophomore forward played with energy in trying to get the team on the scoreboard.
Mo'okini's first goal of the season was the winning score in the Silverswords' 1-0 victory over HPU on Saturday. It was the senior's 11th career goal, tying her for third in the program's all-time list.
