Mikala Jacobsen (Buena Park, Calif./Cypress College/Cypress HS) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Male and Female Silversword Athletes of the Week for competition between Jan. 26 and Feb. 1.
Seo made his Silverswords debut in last Friday's season opener against Cal State Los Angeles. The junior helped settle the 'Swords' pitching, coming out of the bullpen and allowed just one hit in tossing the final 3 2/3 innings.
Jacobsen, batting in the leadoff spot, had base hits in the 'Swords' first four games of the season at the Concordia Kickoff Classic including two-hit contests against No. 3 Western Washington and Colorado Christian.
