Gabriella Schneider (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif./Alta Loma) and men's golfer
Cody Dao (Henderson, Nev./Liberty) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Female and Male Silversword Athletes of the Week for competition between April 6-12.
Schneider hit .385 with three RBI in the softball team's series against Menlo last weekend. The sophomore catcher had base hits in all four games against the Oaks, extending her hitting streak to five straight. She also scored twice in the final game of the series on Sunday.
Dao shot a three-round total of 9-over-par 225 in the Silverswords' final regular season tournament at the Dominican Spring Invitational last week. The freshman carded a pair of plus-4s in the first two rounds then shot a team-low 1-over 73 in the final round.
