MSOC: Swords Dropped by Knights

Box Score HONOLULU – The Chaminade men's soccer team continues to look for its first victory of the season, falling to Academy of Art, 5-0, in a Pacific West Conference game Saturday at St. Louis Field.
 
The Silverswords fell to 0-14 overall and 0-10 in the PacWest. The Urban Knights improved 7-4-1 and 4-2-1.
 
The Urban Knights broke the ice in the 33rd minute when Jesus Sanchez received a touch pass from Leonardo Bartelle as Academy of Art held a slim 1-0 lead at the half.
 
Art U added its second goal at the 54th minute with a CUH own goal, then four more the remainder of the game.
 
The Swords attempted 13 shots, six on goal. Dayton Sato took six shots, while Nick Jetter had four saves.
 
Chaminade faces Holy Names on Thursday at St. Louis Field, with kickoff set for 12:30 p.m.
