Arissol, Ardona Named HPH Athletes of the Week

Chaminade University men's basketball player Andre Arissol (Northampton, England/Otero JC/Charnwood HS) and Cheyenne Ardona (Mililani, O'ahu, Hawai'i/Mililani) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Silversword Male and Female Silverswords of the Week.
 
Arissol totaled 22 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists last week to help extend the men's basketball team's winning streak to three. The senior guard had 13 points over Dominican on Jan. 13 then had a solid all-around game with nine points, eight rebounds and six assists with no turnovers in Thursday's win at Hawai'i Pacific.
 
Ardona accounted for 16 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks for the women's basketball team last week. Against HPU, she tallied 11 points and nine boards and extended her streak of having one blocked shot to four games. She's also had a blocked shot in six of her last seven outings.
