Chaminade University basketball players
Holly Dolny (Melbourne, Australia/Loyola University Chicago/Heathdale Christian College) and
Kris King (Washington, D.C./Vincennes University/Fork Union Military Academy) are the Hawai'i Pacific Health Silversword Female and Male Athletes of the Week for competition between Dec. 15-21.
Dolny totaled 33 points with three 3-pointers and was 9-of-11 at the free throw line while also hauling in seven rebounds during the week for the women's basketball team. The sophomore guard had 11 points each in contests at Azusa Pacific and Westmont.
King totaled 37 points, 16 rebounds, seven assists and four steals during the week for the Silversword men. The senior guard made 17 field goals and shot at a 44.4 percent clip from the field. King had 17 points and was a rebound shy of his first career double-double in Wednesday's win at Azusa Pacific.
