HONOLULU – The Chaminade University women's tennis team was a senior-laden squad in 2026 with five seniors on the roster.

Selena Buttery (Brockway, Pa./Brockway), Kirra Carvalho (Lihue, Kaua'i, Hawai'i/Kaua'i), Berylin Lau (Wailuku, Maui, Hawai'i/Kamehameha-Maui) and Danica Palmer (Philadelphia/Upper Merion Area) completed their athletic eligibility as four-year members of head coach Ty Aki's program. The fifth senior, Carine Bleasdell (Kihei, Maui, Hawai'i/Hawai'i Technology Academy), finished three years with the Silverswords, first joining the team as a sophomore in 2024.

Isabella Minaudo (Honolulu/Hawai'i Technology Academy), a sophomore athletically, graduated early and, like the five seniors, will be moving on from the team.

Hannah Lewis (Burbank, Calif./John Burroughs), the team's lone underclassman academically, had a good freshman season and gained valuable experience in 2026.

A road-heavy schedule featured six matches of their 10 total contests away from CUH's home court of the Diamond Head Tennis Center. Four of their road games were in the Pacific West Conference's northern area, a mini-preview of what's to come with the PacWest initiating a conference schedule starting in 2027.

Chaminade's most competitive match was a March 15 date at Jessup University where the Silverswords dropped a 4-3 decision. The match saw Lau win her first career singles match, a 6-3, 6-3 win over Giselli Reschke in the No. 2 spot.
