Coach Picl commented after the Championships in Kahuku:”HPU held a top notch race and all the runners faced tough conditions as the humidity was the foe for many. Emily (Oschner) showed her pedigree, running in the lead pack and just missing third overall by seconds. Jorge (Cisneros) ran a gutsy race proving once again that toughness and talent is his recipe for success. I'm proud of the entire team as every individual pushed hard and represented the Chaminade Ohana as an example to all.”
The Swords are back in action on November 3rd when they head to the NCAA Regionals, hosted by Hawaii Pacific (at Kahuku Golf Course, on Oahu's North Shore). Race time is scheduled for 8:00 AM HT.
