Kimberly Takara (Mililani, HI/Mililani) played admirably in No. 1 singles, before falling to Ielyzaveta Rybakova before falling, 6-3, 6-1.

“They played awesome for the team we played,” interim head coach Keawe Ayau said. “They had the greatest spirit, we even got positive comments from parents and friends there from the other team. They were smiling and did the best they could do against a quality opponent.”
CUH falls to 1-11 on the season, while the Sea Warriors improved to 11-1. The Swords are back in action tomorrow when they face the College of Idaho at Central Oahu Regional Park at 10 a.m.
