Emma Haurillon managed to take a game off the Seasiders' duo of Jade Griffin and Joanne Wu before falling, 8-1.
In late-morning singles,
Kauanoe Beamer managed to take two games from Jeong-Min Jeon in the first set at the No. 3 position.
The Silverswords are next in action on Thursday at CORP Field when they face Hawai'i-Hilo for a third time this season.
It was the spring season opener for the Seasiders (1-0), who have won nine national championships in the sport.
