The afternoon opened with singles matches as the Seasiders, who are also ranked first in the West Region, with all six wins to capture the win.
Michelle Bucher managed to take a game from Dallas Zhang, who is the No. 1 ranked singles player in the nation, before falling 6-1, 6-0 in the No. 2 position. Also taking games for Chaminade were
Kauanoe Beamer against No. 7 Karen Liu (No. 3 singles) and
Kim Spring versus Jeong-Min Jeon (No. 5 singles).
In her final match,
Kimberly Takara fell to 47
th-ranked Summer Wen 6-0, 6-0 in No. 1 singles. Takara concluded her four-year career as a Silversword with 26 total career wins. The senior from Mililani ended with 14 career singles victories and 12 doubles wins.
Chaminade ended the season 0-10 while BYUH improved to 19-0.
