KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Chaminade University men's soccer team was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches as a recipient of the 2018-19 Team Academic Award.
The Silverswords, who compiled a grade point average of 3.17 during the '18-19 academic year, was one of 345 collegiate men's programs – 989 programs total – to earn the Team Academic Award.
To be eligible for the College Team Academic Award, recipients must be active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all student-athletes on the roster for the 2018-19 academic year.
