12/13/2021 3:29:00 PM

HONOLULU – The Chaminade University women's basketball team has announced several schedule changes for their Northern California road trip this week as well as two home dates in January and February.

The Silverswords' game at Dominican University of California, which was to have been played on Tuesday, Dec. 14, will be pushed back a day to Wednesday with tipoff time at 2 p.m. Pacific time (noon Hawaiian Standard).

Their Thursday, Dec. 16 game at Holy Names, rescheduled from Sunday due to Pacific West Conference safety protocols, will tip at 11 a.m. local (9 a.m. Hawai'i), prior to the men's game. Due to school policy, HNU athletics administration will allow up to 50 from Chaminade inside Tobin Gymnasium. The total includes student-athletes, coaches and support staff. Visiting fans can comprise the remaining available slots.

The remaining games on the trip (Dec. 17 at Fresno Pacific; Dec. 19 at Academy of Art) remain as scheduled.

There are also two time changes on home dates. Their Monday, Jan. 17 contest against Academy of Art will tip at 5:30 p.m. and their Monday, Feb. 7 game against Azusa Pacific will have a 4:30 p.m. start, one hour earlier than the team's normal weekday tip-off time.
