HONOLULU – Chaminade University women's basketball coach
Travis Brewster on Friday announced the eight recruits for the upcoming 2026-27 season which includes five transfers and three freshmen.
The transfers are
Aariah Fox,
Ella Klett,
Jordyn Luna,
Hannah Morgan and
Ledjan Pahukoa while the freshmen are
Mia Baskerville,
Sienna Lamblack and
Cayden Parado.
Fox played the last two seasons at Santa Barbara City College, helping the Vaqueros earn back-to-back 21-win seasons, earning all-first team Western State Conference honors twice. This past season, the 5-foot-10 forward averaged 9.0 points and 10.0 rebounds per game, posting 10 double-doubles including 15 double-digit rebound contests. The Murphys, California, native originally began her collegiate career at fellow Division II member Stanislaus State and will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Klett, out of Delwood, Minnesota, spent the past two seasons at Division II Florida Southern. The 5-5 guard last played the 2024-25, seeing action in nine games, totaling 36 minutes. She sat out last season, although she was named to the Sunshine State Conference Honor Roll, and will have three seasons at Chaminade.
Luna attended Western Wyoming College the past two seasons and helped the Mustangs to a 22-win season in 2025-26 and a berth in the NJCAA Region 9 semifinals. The 5-4 guard, who has two years of eligibility, is a 2023 graduate of Maui High School where she earned All-Maui Interscholastic League (MIL) honors in both basketball and tennis. Her sister, Marisa, played tennis at Chaminade in 2021 and '22.
Morgan, a native of Machesney Park, Illinois, played the last two years at Rock Valley College in Illinois, where she posted 2025-26 averages of 7.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game. The 6-1 forward has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Pahukoa spent the last three seasons at fellow Division II West Region school Cal State Monterey Bay. In 69 career games with the Otters, the Maui native has totaled 225 points, 74 rebounds and 58 assists. The 5-9 guard is a 2023 graduate of Lahainaluna High School where she guided the Lunas two consecutive MIL titles, earning All-MIL and all-state honors.
Baskerville is a 5-7 guard from Desert Oasis High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she was a four-year varsity starter. The school's single-game record holder for points and 3-pointers earned Nevada Preps All-Southern Nevada honorable mention honors this past year.
Lamblack is a 5-5 guard from Hawai'i Baptist Academy where she was the 2026 ILH Division II Player of the Year and first team all-state honors after leading the Eagles to the HHSAA D-II championship.
Parado is a 5-7 guard from Campbell High School, helping the Sabers capture the OIA West Division in 2026. As a junior, she earned OIA West First Team and all-state honors and, outside of athletics, was also class valedictorian. Parado is the younger sister of current Silverswords' guard
Julien Parado, who is entering her senior season.
Chaminade returns seven players from last year including three of their four top scorers in
Alyssa Schuetze (13.4 points per game),
Holly Dolny (7.6 ppg) and the elder Parado (6.9), who also paced the team in assists at 2.8 per outing.
