Hall of Fame
TERRI (BERTULFO) CHONG is one of the finest players in Chaminade women's volleyball history. Upon her graduation in 1992, the outside hitter became the school's career leader in kills with 1,487, a mark that still stands. Her 36 kills against Grand Canyon on Oct. 12, 1992 remains the school's single match record while her 615 kills in 1990 is also the most in a single season.
Along with her kills records, Chong remains in the career top-10 in hitting percentage (7th with.295), service aces (3rd, 115) and total blocks (4th, 258).
Following her graduation, she went on to become a successful escrow and, later, a branch manager. One of her three children, Kaya Chong, followed her footsteps and played volleyball at Chaminade from 2013 to 2015.
